摘要 [目的]探明生菜种子萌发及幼苗生长对光质的响应机制,可为深入分析生菜不同生长阶段最佳光照模式的研究提供理论依据。[方法]本研究以"意大利"全年耐抽薹生菜(Lactuca sativa var.)种子为试材,研究了5种不同红蓝配比的LED光质(9R∶1B,7R∶3B,5R∶5B,3R∶7B,1R∶9B)对生菜种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响。[结果]与对照CK(荧光灯)相比,7R∶3B处理更有利于生菜种子的萌发和幼苗的生长。3R∶7B处理有利于生菜叶片光合色素含量的增加,9R∶1B和7R∶3B处理的生菜幼苗根系生长较优。7R∶3B、5R∶5B和3R∶7B处理对生菜叶片叶绿素荧光促进效果显著。1R∶9B处理的生菜色素和叶绿素荧光较差,种子的活力指数和根系活力较低。[结论]通过分析比较,可将7R∶3B、5R∶5B和3R∶7B作为后期研究不同光照模式对生菜生长影响的最适光源。 [Objective]The study was conducted to determine the light qualitative response mechanism of seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce,Lactuca sativa var.,and to provide theoretical evidences for developing the best lighting model for the growth of lettuce at different stages.[Methods]The bolt-resisting lettuce"Italy",Lactuca sativa var.,was employed as research material,and the effect of five light qualities,which were red to blue light ratio at 9R∶1B,7R∶3B,5R∶5B,3R∶7B,and 1R∶9B,on seed germination and seedling growth of lettuce was investigated.[Results]The seed germination and seedling growth rates of 7R∶3B treatment were significantly greater than that of control treatment(fluorescence only).Treatment of 3R∶7B produced higher amount of photosynthetic pigments.A well-developed root system was observed in both 9R∶1B and 7R∶3B treatments.Significantly higher level of chlorophyll fluorescence of lettuce was detected in 7R:3B,5R:5B,and 3R:7B treatments,while a lower level of pigment content,chlorophyll fluorescence,the activity index,and root vigor was shown in 1R∶9B treatment.[Conclusion]Study results indicated that red to blue light ratio at 7R∶3B,5R∶5B,and 3R∶7B could be used as the suitable light source in the future for studying the effects of different lighting models the growth of lettuce.
