LED红蓝光生育期光质变化模式对水培生菜生长与品质的影响 被引量:1

Effect of LED Red and Blue Light Quality Change Mode on Growth and Quality of Hydroponic Lettuce during Growth Period

摘要 在环境可控的密闭植物工厂内,以恒定供光模式(CK,4R∶1B)为对照,在生菜生长前期、中期和后期研究了3种动态供光模式(L1处理,前期、中期、后期光质设置为3R∶1B、4R∶1B和5R∶1B;L2处理,前期、中期、后期光质设置为5R∶1B、4R∶1B和3R∶1B;L3处理,前期、中期、后期光质设置为4R∶1B、3R∶1B和5R∶1B)对水培生菜生长和品质的影响。结果表明:在相同日累计光积分(DLI)条件下,生育期红蓝光质比例变化对各生长阶段生菜的生物量无影响;生长前期,L2处理促进了生菜营养物质(尤其是抗氧化物质)的积累;生长中期,红蓝光质比例波动的处理不同程度地降低了可溶性糖、总酚、类黄酮和抗坏血酸(AsA)的含量;生长后期,红蓝光质比例波动的处理显著降低了可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、总酚和类黄酮的含量。综合来看,生育期内红蓝光质比例恒定供光模式优于红蓝光质比例波动的供光模式,更有利于生菜品质的提高。 In a closed plant factory with controllable environment, the constant light supply mode(CK, 4R∶1B) was used as the control. The effects of three dynamic light supply modes(L1 treatment, light quality set at 3R∶1B, 4R∶1B and 5R∶1B in prophase, metaphase and anaphase;L2 treatment, light quality set at 5R:1B, 4R:1B and 3R:1B in prophase, metaphase and anaphase;L3 treatment, light quality set at 4R∶1B, 3R∶1B and 5R∶1B in prophase, metaphase and anaphase) on the growth and quality of hydroponic lettuce were studied. The results showed that under the same DLI condition, the ratio of red to blue light had no effect on the biomass of lettuce at each growth stage. In the early growth stage, L2 treatment promoted the accumulation of nutrients(especially antioxidants) in lettuce;in the middle growth stage, the content of soluble sugar, total phenols, flavonoids and AsA decreased in varying degrees when the ratio of red to blue light quality fluctuated;at the later stage of growth, the content of soluble sugar, soluble protein, total phenols and flavonoids decreased significantly under the treatment of fluctuating ratio of red to blue light quality. In general, the light supply mode with constant red and blue light quality ratio during the growth period is better than the light supply mode with fluctuating red and blue light quality ratio, which is more conducive to the improvement of lettuce quality.
