在激烈的市场竞争中,客户忠诚对于企业创造的价值使其成为人们日益关注的焦点。在以互联网为基础的网络环境下,如何提升客户忠诚度对于每个企业来说都至关重要。文章在分析客户忠诚度的影响因素及对企业的意义的基础上提出了网络环境下提升客户忠诚度的策略。
In fierce market competition, it is a focus for enterprises to create value from the customer's loyalty. It is critical for each enterprise to improve customer's loyalty in network environment based on internet. This article, based on the analysis of the factors that influence customer's loyalty and the meaning of the enterprise, proposes the policy to improve customer loyalty in network environment.
