摘要
针对现代无功补偿设备的要求,提出基于PIC24F单片机、并集无功补偿控制器、过零投切开关和电容器为一体的补偿单元模块的构成方案。重点介绍了硬件系统中的交流测量信号A/D接口、过零投入点检测电路与电平变化通知引脚的接口和减少磁保持继电器动作时间分散性的驱动电路设计。软件设计中讨论了基波功率因数和无功、通信协议、节点补偿控制和过零同步通断控制的编程算法。
As for the requirement of modem reactive compensation equipment, the constitution scheme of a compensation unit module structure based on PIC24F MCU and integrating reactive pow- er compensation controller, switching switch at zero and power capacitor as a whole are described. The hardware system of A/D interface for measuring ac fieation pin interface and driving circuit design signals , zero detector and input change noti- which can reduce the time divergence of magnetic holding relay are emphatically introduced. Programming algorithms for fundamental power factor and reactive power, communication protocol , node compensation control and synchronous on and off control at zero are discussed in software design.
