摘要
结合解体检查的结果和通过对同一厂家、同一型号、同一批次500 kV电容式电压互感器产器出现类似故障,详细分析了一起500 kV电容式电压互感器在正常运行中出现二次输出电压偏高的故障原因。结果表明,由于环境洁净度不满足分切铝箔的要求,分切过程中碎颗粒粉尘和其它异物粘附在铝箔表面。在长期的运行电压作用下,由于局部场强集中,产生局部放电,致使周围油劣化而产生蜡状物。产生的蜡状物更导致局部场强集中,形成恶性循环,最终导致薄膜及铝箔击穿。另外,还结合系统运行情况提出了相应的预防措施。
In this paper, the reason on higher secondary output voltage at 500 kV capacitor voltage transformer during normal operation is analyzed in detail in accordance with result of disassembly inspection together with similar fault of 500 kV capacitor voltage transformer from the same manufacture, same type and same batch. It is shown by the result that since environmental cleanliness does not meet requirement of cutting aluminum foil, small particle dust and other foreign matters are ad- hered on the surface of aluminum foil during cutting period. Under action of long term operation volt- age, partial discharge occurs due to concentration of partial field strength, causing oil to be deteriora- ted and produce wax, which leads to more concentration of field strength and form vicious cycle and, finally causes breakdown of film and aluminum foil. Moreover, corresponding preventive measures are proposed based on the operation condition.
