摘要
近年来,广州供电局应用红外热像仪检测110kV瓷套式电缆终端,发现较多电缆终端存在异常发热现象。根据实际情况,从环境因素影响、填充介质影响等方面分析引起异常发热的原因。对终端填充两种不同的硅油,进行一系列的分析试验,证明终端异常发热是由于终端绝缘介质硅油的品质不良所引起,通过更换硅油可解决该问题。
In recent years, thermal infrared imagers were used in Guangzhou Power Supply Bureau to detect 110 kV porcelain bushing type cable terminals, and many of the terminals were found to get hot abnormally. According to the actualities, the reasons of the abnormal heat were analyzed from such aspects as environmental and filling medium influence. A series of analytical tests were made on the terminals filled with two different kinds of silicone oil, which proved that the problem was caused by inferior silicon oil used as the insulating medium for the terminals. The problem can be solved by replacing the silicon oil.
