摘要
动力电缆在线监测系统可以防止由于动力电缆连接头绝缘降低导致过热故障而引发的火灾。通过对电缆连接头的温度进行实时监测,以及对电缆过热故障特性的分析,当电缆温度异常时,系统及时报警并通知运行人员进行处理。采用线性热电偶检测电缆接头温度,热电偶信号经A/D转换和光电隔离后,通过RS485总线输入工业控制计算机,监测系统通过局域网与MIS系统相连。系统采用组态软件和VB高级语言分别设计了人机界面和数据采集程序。该系统具有成本低、可靠性高和使用方便等特点,可应用于电力、冶金、煤矿和港口等企业,实现对动力电缆接头温度的在线监测。
An on-line power cable temperature supervision system was developed to prevent fire aroused by decreased insulation of power cable joints. By monitoring temperature of power cable joints continually and analysis of cable over-heat fault character, the system can alarm operators dealing with abnormal phenomena when temperature of power cable joints exceeds its threshold. The surface temperature of power cable joints was measured by flexible and linear thermocouple detector. Thermocouple signals were changed and isolated by A/D converters, and inputted into an industry control computer (IPC). The supervision IPC and upper computers of MIS were connected with a local area net. A VB program was developed to access data from field equipment and configuration software was applied to design manmachine interface of the supervision system. With low cost, high reliability and convenience of operators, the system can be used to monitor power cable temperature on-line in enterprises, such as electric power, metallurgy, coal mine and harbors.
