摘要 为做好电力负荷管理,实现科学用电,本文提出一种在组态软件开发平台下配电监控系统,实现电力负荷参数实时采集及控制系统。利用工控机、电能仪表、485总线等设备构成硬件系统,利用工业组态软件平台开发监控系统软件,设计了配电所微机监控集散控制系统功能,实现了电力负荷参数记录、实时监控、超限报警、负荷历史曲线、报表、事件查询等功能,对用电单位做好负荷控制,提高电力运行的经济性、电力的综合管理水平等方面发挥了重要的作用。 In order to manage the power load of the electric departments and realize the scientific use of electric energy, the paper presented a power distribution monitoring system based on the development platform of the configuration software. The system can realize the real time acquisition and control of the power load parameter. The hardware systems were composed of the industry computer, electric energy instrument, 485 serial bus, and so on. The monitoring system software was developed by using the industry configuration software platform. The system designed the function of the distributed control system of the computer monitoring in the substation. Moreover, the other functions including the power load parameter recorder, real time monitoring, excess power alarm, power load history curve, power report, and information retrieving were also realized. The system made an important effect in the respects of controlling the power load of the electric departments, improving the economical properties of power running and comprehensive management level.
