摘要
在气候变化已经成为一个全球性问题并引起社会各界广泛关注的现实背景下,近年来我国学者对低碳经济进行了大量研究。笔者从碳排放权界定与分配、碳减排影响因素、碳关税与碳税、碳足迹和碳金融以及碳汇与碳封存等方面对这些研究进行了梳理,旨在为人们正确把握目前国内低碳经济的研究动向提供依据。
Under the realistic background of the climatic change already became a global question and caused the widespread attention, in recent years, our country scholars have conducted the massive research to the low-carbon economy. The research advances in the demarcation and allocation of carbon emission permits, the influencing factors of the carbon reduction, the carbon tariff and the carbon tax, the carbon footprint and the carbon finance as well as the carbon sink and the carbon sequestration were reviewed. The purpose of the article is to provide the basis for the scholars＇ correct assurance the present domestic low-carbon economy research.
