摘要 本文以硕博士论文为主,对当前企业生命周期不同阶段绩效管理体系研究的相关资料进行了综述,以期让读者明了理论研究动向,探索出与生命周期各阶段战略目标相匹配的绩效管理模式。 The enterprise in the different stages of the life cycle, has the different characteristic and faces different challenges, Strategy emphasis will also be different. As an enterprise implementation system, Performance management is an important means of implementing the strategy of the enterprise, To ensure the effective implementation of corporate strategy,The enterprise should take different performance management mode so that it matched with the stage of enterprise development. From a strategic perspective, based on the life cycle theory and performance management theory and the method, We analyzed theoretically the design for performance management system of different stages in the enterprise life cycle, And explored performance management models to match the strategic objectives of the various stages of the life cycle.
