摘要
目的:改进《中华人民共和国药典》2005年版一部(以下称"药典")中三七片"含量测定"项"供试品溶液的制备"方法。方法:用超声波法对三七片粉末中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1和三七皂苷R1(以下称"3种皂苷成分")进行提取,用高效液相色谱法对其进行含量测定,并与药典中的提取方法所测得的含量进行比较。结果:超声波回流提取可对三七片中3种皂苷成分进行有效提取。结论:超声波法可作为三七片中人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Rb1和三七皂苷R1这3种皂苷成分的提取方法,该方法简便、快捷、有效,可作为法定测定三七片含量测定项中供试品溶液的制备方法。
Objective:To improve the preparation of the test solution method at content measurement item of Sanqi tablets in Chinese 'Pharmacopoeia' 2005 Edition(the 'Pharmacopoeia').Methods:To extract ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and notoginsenoside R1(hereinafter referred to as 'three components') from Sanqi tablets powder by ultrasonic method,to determine the content by high-performance liquid chromatography,then to compare it with the pharmacopoeia method of extracting the measured levels.Results:The three components can be effectively extracted from Sanqi tablets by ultrasonic extraction.Conclusion:Ultrasonic method can be used as an extraction of ginsenoside Rg1,ginsenoside Rb1 and three active ingredients notoginsenoside R1 in Sanqi tablets.It is simple,fast and effective and can be used as the legal determination of Sanqi tablets for the test item solution preparation.
