摘要
在学校"班导师"工作制度基础上,结合二级学院实际情况,本着学生工作需要遵从可持续发展战略的思想,在实践中创立了本科生"班导师+导师工作室"制度,论述了该制度对学生工作的推动作用以及施行过程中的关键问题。
Basing on the working system of tutor in our school,incorporating with actual situation of the secondary institute,according to working demands of students as well as sustainable development thoughts,the system of ＂tutor ＋ tutor′s workshop＂ has been developed in practice.The system improvements for students affair briefly and the key issues arousing in the process of implement have been discussed.
