摘要
优质的教学质量和管理效益是促成高等院校繁荣发展的关键。当前高校管理效能低下、新旧问题交织现象仍普遍存在,这不仅制约了高校发展,而且背离了新时代发展趋势。在厘清高校管理效能低下及其根源的基础上,探寻新时代高校管理提质增效的实现路径和保障机制,为新时期高校的深化改革和提质增效提供新思路。
High-quality teaching and efficient management are the keys to the prosperity and development of colleges and universities.At present,the phenomenon of low efficiency of university management and interweaving of new and old problems is still widespread.It not only restricts the development of the school,but also deviates from the trend of development in the new era.On the basis of clarifying the low efficiency of university management and its root causes,this research explores the realization path and guarantee mechanism of improving the quality and efficiency of university management in the new era,hoping to explore some new ideas for deepening the reform and improving the quality and efficiency of management in universities in the new era.
