摘要
肺癌是目前病死率最高的恶性肿瘤,关于肺癌的认识一直是研究热点。肥胖作为一些肿瘤重要的诱因已被公认,而大量证据提示瘦素作为典型的脂肪细胞因子在肿瘤发生、发展中起着十分重要的作用,但是目前对瘦素和肺癌关系的认识仍不是十分清楚。现就瘦素的生物学特性、功能、瘦素与肺癌的关系及其可能的致癌机制等方面予以综述。
Lung cancer is the highest mortality rate of any form of cancer.Understanding of lung cancer is always the hot issue of reaseach.Obesity as an important incentive for some tumors has been recognized,and evidences suggest that leptin as a typical Adipocytokine play an important role in tumor formation and development.However,current understanding of the relationship of leptin and lung cancer is still not very clear.This article will review in three areas from the biology and function of leptin,the relationship between leptin and lung cancer and its possible carcinogenic mechanisms.
