摘要
电大教学团队的建立,为电大教育深化改革迈出了坚实的一步,而教学团队建立的重点是要体现团队的系统功能。我们应以整体性、服务性和可行性原则为出发点,整合中央电大、省电大、基层电大教学点三个层面的教学队伍,建立合适的合作机制,有助于电大教学质量的提高。
The establishment of teaching teams in TV Universities lays a foundation for the deepening educational reform.The most importance of the establishment is to embody teaching teams＇ systemic function.To take the principles of globality,service and feasibility as our starting point,it is of benefit to improve the quality of education by integrating teaching teams of Central Radio TV University,Provincial TV Universities and many other TV universities at the base level,and establishing an appropriate cooperation mechanism.
