摘要
盘式制动器的振动特性对制动过程的平稳性有着重要的影响。为了降低制动抖动和制动噪音,利用所搭建的多功能实验台,对盘式制动器进行振动特性的试验研究,得到制动盘端面轴向振动和制动片沿制动盘切向的振动时域曲线,通过频谱分析得到主要振动频率值,详细分析了产生振动的原因,为提高盘式制动器制动性能提供了可靠的试验依据。
The vibration characteristic of disk brake is of great importance to braking stability of whole system during braking process.In order to reduce judder and noise,a multi-purpose experimental bench was built for vibration characteristic test on disk brake,the time domain curves of vibrations of brake disk along axis and brake lining along tangent were obtained,then through frequency analysis,the main vibration frequency components are gained,and main reasons for vibration are analyzed in detail,which provide reliable experimental evidence for improving braking performance of disk brake.
