摘要
盘式制动装置常用于矿井提升机、带式输送机的制动系统,盘式制动器制动盘的扭振特性影响着系统制动过程的平稳性。为了降低制动抖动和噪音,利用所搭建的盘式制动装置实验台,对盘式制动器制动盘的扭转振动特性进行试验研究,通过频谱分析得到制动盘的扭振固有频率值。研究成果为改善盘式制动器的制动性能和结构的合理设计提供可靠的试验依据。
The disk brake is typically used as the braking system for the mine hoist and belt conveyor,the torsional vibration characteristic of brake disk affects the braking stability of the whole system. To reduce the judder and noise in braking process,an experimental bench was built for torsional vibration test on the brake disk,and the natural torsional vibration frequency was obtained through frequency analysis. Research results provide reliable experimental evidence for improvement of braking performance and reasonable design of disk brake.
