摘要 在对某型号盘式制动器进行拆卸和测量的基础上,介绍了盘式制动器总成的结构特点,并对制动过程进行了分析和计算,借助三维建模软件Pro/Engineer进行建模,对该型的盘式制动器总成的各部分即制动卡钳、制动卡钳支架、制动盘、制动块、活塞进行了三维实体模型的建立,并将其装配成了总成。同时,在借助有限元软件ANSYS在三维模型的基础上,运用有限元分析方法建立了制动器总成的有限元模型,并进行了机械应力的分析,得到了具有一定参考价值的应力分布情况,对盘式制动器的设计工作有一定的借鉴意义。 Based on the disassembly and measurement of a type of disc brake, the structural features of the disc brake assem-bly are introduced in this paper, and the braking process is also analyzed and calculated. By using the three-dimensionalmodeling software Pro / ENGINEER, three-dimensional entity model of the type of disc brake assembly is built, which consistsof brake calipers, brake caliper bracket, brake disc, brake block and piston, and the whole assembly is assembled. At thesame time, with the aid of the finite element software ANSYS, the finite element model of brake assembly is established, andthe mechanical stress is analyzed by means of the finite element analysis method. Finally, some valuable stress distributionsare obtained so as to make a significant influence on the design of disc brake.
