摘要
本文对高速弹射系统中的插装溢流阀的阀芯与阀套之间的直径间隙进行了理论分析,并运用AMESIM软件进行建模与仿真,通过仿真得出不同直径间隙下的间隙泄漏量,并且分析了直径间隙对插装溢流阀的泄漏流量、加速度、阀芯位移的影响,最终确定直径间隙的合理值为0.02mm,同时,该仿真结果也为大流量插装溢流阀实际的生产与设计提供了理论依据。
This paper studies the theoretical analysis of the diameter clearance between the valve core and valve cover of cartridge overflow valve of high-speed ejection syster~ modeling and simulation based on AMESim. It shows that the amount of clearance leak at the different diameter clearances by simulation, and analyzes the influence of diameter clearance to leaked flow, acceleration, valve core displacement. Ultimately this paper determines the reasonable valve of the diameter clearance for 0.02mm, meanwhile, the results of simulation provide theoretical basis for actual production and design of the big flow cartridge overflow valve.
