摘要
斜盘倾角是影响柱塞泵流量和压力脉动的主要工作参数,在对柱塞泵工作原理及其运动进行理论分析的基础上,以斜盘式轴向柱塞泵为研究对象,构建了柱塞相对于缸孔运动的数学模型;运用AMESim软件建立斜盘式轴向柱塞泵关键元件的模型,通过仿真计算出脉动系数并与理论公式计算结果进行对比,分析斜盘倾角对柱塞运动的影响,得出斜盘倾角对柱塞排量和脉动的影响规律,从而为高压高速轴向柱塞泵的设计和故障诊断提供了参考依据。
The inclination angle of the swashplate is the main working parameter which affects the flow and pressure pulsation of the plunger pump. Based on the analysis of the working principle and movement of the plunger pump, the slanting type axial piston pump is used as research object. The mathematical model is used to establish the model of the key components of the swash plate type axial piston pump by using AMESim software. The pulsation coefficient is calculated by simulation and compared with the calculated results of the theoretical formula to analyze the influence of the inclination of the swashplate on the movement of the plunger. The influence of inclined angle on displacement and pulsation of plunger is provided, which provides a reference for the design and fault diagnosis of high pressure and high speed axial piston pump.
