摘要
目的建立测定化瘀止痛散中血竭素的含量的方法。方法运用高效液相色谱法对化瘀止痛散中血竭的主成分血竭素进行含量测定。色谱柱:Agilent Extend-C18(250mm×4.65μm)。流动相:乙腈-0.05mol.L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(50∶50);检测波长:440nm;柱温:30℃;流速:1.0mL.min-1;结果血竭素在1.08μg^108μg范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999);平均加样回收率为100.6%,RSD=2.2%。结论所建立的方法可靠,可用于化瘀止痛散的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the dracorhodin content determination of the Huayuzhitong powder.METHODS The content of the Dracorhodin in the Huayuzhitong powder were determined by HPLC.Chromatogram Column：Agilent TC-C18（250mm×4.65μm）.Mobile phase：acetonitrile-0.05mol·L-1 sodium dihydrogen phosphate solution（50∶50）;Detection wavelength：440nm;column temperature：30℃;Flow rate：1.0mL·min-1;RESULTS A good linear relationship was found at the range of 血竭素在1.08μg～108μg for the Dracorhodin in the amount（r=0.9999）;The average recovery rate was 100.6% and RSD was2.2%.CONCLUSION The method is reliable and can be applied to the quality control of the Huayuzhitong powder.
