摘要
目的建立六白白疕巴布剂中血竭素的含量测定方法。方法采用HPLC法,以乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钠溶液(50∶50)为流动相,流速1 m L·min-1,检测波长440 nm,柱温40℃,测定六白白疕巴布剂中血竭素的含量。结果血竭素在1.923~19.23μg·m L-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9974),平均加样回收率为97.85%,RSD为0.89%(n=5)。结论此法简便、准确、专属性强。
Objective To established the HPLC method to determine dracorhodin in Liubai Baibi cataplasm. Method We took the HPLC method,with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 05mol·L- 1Na H2PO4( 50 ∶ 50),flowing rates: 1. 0 ml·min- 1,and detecting wavelength:440nm,column temperature: 40℃. Results The sample size of dracorhodin in the range of 1. 923 ~ 19. 23μg·m L- 1integral value of peak area was linear relationship( r = 0. 9974). The average recovery was 97. 85% and RSD was 0. 89%( n = 5). Conclusion The method was simple,rapid,accurate and specific.
