摘要
论述了减少高速钢碳化物以及消除碳化物不均匀分布的途径。随着被加工件硬度的不断提高,通用高速钢将逐渐萎缩,高硬及超硬高速钢将取而代之,廉价的无碳化物偏析高速钢的发展将最终取代铸锻高速钢。
That how to decrease and even eliminate the uneven carbide distribution was discussed.With the increase of the hardness of working piece,the common high speed steel(HSS) will be replaced by the high and super high hardness HSS and eventually,the casting and forging HSS will be replaced by the cheaper non carbide segregation high speed steel.
