摘要
介绍了某临氢设备用12Cr2Mo1VR(H)钢板的技术要求和生产工艺,同时对不同热处理状态下的组织和性能进行研究。研究结果表明,采用正火(加速冷却)+回火工艺生产的100 mm厚12Cr2Mo1VR(H)钢板,显微组织主要以贝氏体为主,成分均匀、杂质元素含量低、综合力学性能优良,特别是经过模拟焊后热处理和步冷处理后,钢板仍然具有良好的力学性能和优良的抗回火脆化性能。
The technical requirements and the production technology of 12Cr2Mo1VR(H) steel plate un- der hydrogen atmosphere were introduced. The microstructure and property under different heat treatment conditions was also studied. The result shows that the 100 mm plate,produced by normalizing (accelerated cooling) and tempering, contains mainly bainite, uniform components, low levels of harmful elements and exeellentproperties. The plate still shows excellent mechanical properties and tempers brittleness resistance after PWHT and step cooling tests.
