摘要
通过力学性能试验及数理统计方法分析了W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢丝锥材料的硬度、600℃×4 h红硬性、抗弯强度的随机特性,首先对试验数据用MATLAB编程分析其分布,随后采用Johnson算法和灰色系统GM(1,1)模型相结合来估计分布参数并用K-S分布来拟合检验。结果表明:W6Mo5Cr4V2高速钢丝锥材料的硬度、600℃×4 h红硬性、抗弯强度都很好地服从三参数威布尔分布,概率分别为0.9779、0.9999、0.9751。
The stochastic characteristics of mechanical properties of W6Mo5Cr4V2 high-speed steel taps were analyzed by the mechanical property test and mathematical statistics method. At first,the distribution of the test data was got by the MATLAB programming,then distribution parameters were estimated based on the combination of Johnson algorithm and grey system GM( 1,1) model and verified by K-S distribution fitting test. The results show that the hardness,red hardness at 600 ℃ for 4 h and bending strength of the material obeys3-parameter Weibull distribution quite well,probability are 0. 9779,0. 9779 and 0. 9999 respectively.
