摘要
基于Weibull理论,实验研究了新型陶瓷刀具材料的抗弯强度和刀具破损寿命的统计特性,分析了抗弯强度Weibull模数与刀具可靠性的关系,确证它可以作为陶瓷刀具可靠性的评价指标之一.
Based on Weibull theory, statistical characteristics of the flexural strength and tool life till fracture of advanced ceramic cutting tools are studied experimently. Relationship between Weibull modulus of the flexural strength and tool reliablity are analysed , from which it is verified that Weibull modulus of the flexural strength can be regarded as an index of evaluation for the reliability of ceramic cutting tools.
