摘要
介绍了铁型覆砂铸造曲轴自动化生产线的工艺流程、主要装备、生产线布置和自动控制系统,有较好的适用性和广泛的应用前景。同时指出目前生产线存在的一些问题及改进措施。
The automatic production line of crankshaft with sand coated iron mould was analyzed in detail from aspects such as the main equipment,casting process,layout of the production line and the automatic control system.It is pointed out that the automatic production line shows the features of better applicability and broad application prospect.Meanwhile some existing problems and solution methods for the production line were discussed.
