摘要
介绍了阀体铸件的结构特点以及铸造收缩率、浇注系统、砂芯和砂型制作、熔炼、浇注等工艺设计。试制结果表明,得到了微观组织、力学性能和收缩率合格的铸件,并针对试制铸件出现的漂芯、变形、麻坑等缺陷,给出了相应的解决措施。
An introduction was conducted to the configuration characteristics of the valve body casting,as well as the casting method and process design including the casting linear contraction coefficient,gating system,cores and mould making,melting and pouring,etc.As the result of the trial production,qualified casting was obtained with required microstructure,mechanical properties and proper casting contraction coefficient.,and the corresponding solve measures were given in order to prevent the core lift,deformation and mottled pits existing with the trial castings.
