摘要
综述了曲轴制造工艺的国内外研究进展及主要方向,介绍了曲轴毛坯成形技术中锻造加工和铸造加工两种制备方法,并概述了其常见材质、应用现状和发展方向;此外,重点介绍了曲轴机械加工技术中粗加工和精加工两种技术的发展历程,并展望了其发展前景,旨在为今后曲轴制造的研究创新提供参考。
The research progress and main direction of crankshaft manufacturing technology at home and abroad were summarized.Two preparation methods of forging and casting in crankshaft blank forming technology were introduced,and its common materials,application status and development direction were summarized.In addition,the development course of rough machining and finish machining in crankshaft machining technology was mainly introduced,and its development prospect was prospected.The purpose is providing reference for future research and innovation of crankshaft manufacturing.
