摘要
针对以浮雕为主体的模具,提出基于"激光扫描-建模-加工"的逆向设计技术。激光扫描数据生成三角面片模型,对其进行光顺并生成高质量STL。STL导入Artcam软件生成3D模型,利用其矢量设计功能对模型进行设计修改。基于设计的3D模型,提出浮雕模具的加工刀具路径设计方法。该方法可以设计优异的浮雕模具且效率很高。
For the relief mould, a reverse-engineering technology including laser-scan, modeling and machining is proposed. The point-cloud is generated into triangulated model firstly, and then the model is smoothed and STL file is generated. Based on the STL, a 3D model is rebuilt in Artcam and we complete editing and correcting 3D model with the vectorgraph function. Based on the 3D model, a tool-path generation method is proposed to machine the relief mould. Excellent relief model can be designed with the proposed method and it has high efficiency.
