摘要
提出一种利用CAXA制造工程师的雕刻加工模块进行浮雕数控加工的方法。举例介绍了一种图像在用雕刻模块加工时进行图像格式处理、加工工艺参数、刀具轨迹参数设置的方法,并在数控铣床上进行了实践加工应用。实践表明,该方法操作性强,简化了图像浮雕生产过程,提高了生产效率,降低了成本。
Based on the engraving processing module of CAXA it proposes a method for embossing NC machining. It illustrates an example to show detail about the method of image format processing, machining process parameters and tool path parameter setting in engraving module, realizes the practical processing application on the CNC milling machine. Practice shows that the method is highly operational, simplifies the image relief production process, improves production efficiency and saves costs.
