摘要
为了实现利用ArtCAM软件进行数控雕铣加工,结合ArtCAM软件和数控雕铣机进行位图与矢量图之间的格式转换,分析并合理确定其加工工艺参数。结果表明,ArtCAM软件可以方便有效地实现三维模型的雕刻加工,能够充分地利用数控雕铣机的加工功能。
In order to achieve the use of ArtCAM software for CNC engraving and milling processing,this paper proposes a format conversion between bitmap and vector diagram,and analyzes and determines its parameters and reasonability,through the combination of ArtCAM software and CNC engraving and milling machine.The results show that the ArtCAM software can be easily and effectively applied to the engraving process for 3D model,in which the processing function of CNC engraving and milling machine is fully utilized.
