摘要
综合评述了绿色高速干式切削加工技术的研究内容,讨论了其加工技术的特点及优势,详细分析了实现高速干式切削加工的关键技术(包括机床、刀具及涂层、加工参数等),简要介绍了高速干式切削加工技术的实际应用和研究现状,指出高速干式切削将是绿色制造的重要发展方向。
The research contents of high-speed dry cutting technology are summarized in this paper. Its characters and advan- tages are discussion, The key technologies to carry out the high-speed dry cutting, including machine tool technique, cutting tool and coatings and machining parameters etc, are analyzed in detail. The practical applications of high-speed dry cutting technology are introduced briefly. It is indicated that the green cutting technology will be a important developing direction of green manufacture.
