摘要
根据数控机床人机界面设计原则和模块化设计原理,开发了数控成形磨齿机系统人机界面。选用SIMATICWinCC为开发平台,在数控系统功能分析的基础上,根据成形磨齿的工艺要求,设计机床各级模块,建立各模块的参数化人机界面;用户在人机界面界面的引导下即可完成成形磨齿加工操作、管理加工数据、查询浏览历史信息和实时监控机床运行状态。
Based on the designing principles and module designing principles,a set of human machine interface software system of CNC system of form grinding wheel of gear machine using SIMATIC WinCC as secondary development platform is developed.On the basis of CNC system founction analysis and according to the technological requirements of form grinding of gear,the modules at all levels are designed and parameterized human machine interface is built.The users can finish the machining operation,manage the machining data,query and browse the historical information guided by the human machine interface,and the running state of machine is real time monitored.
