摘要
基于西门子840D数控系统提供的人机界面软件和开发环境,利用面向对象的编程语言VB进行人机界面的设计,利用VC建立语言动态链接库,将用户的特殊界面及加工方法集成后嵌入西门子系统。开发的钻铣类机床的专用操作界面已在计算机上模拟成功,并在实验室的数控机床上进行了验证。
Based on the software HMI and the open platform provided by SINUMERIK 840D CNC system,the special interface was designed with VB,the language dynamic link library was established with VC＋＋,the integration of the interface and working method was embedded into SINUMERIK 840D CNC system.The designed man-machine interface for drilling and milling CNC machine was simulated with computer and can work on CNC machine in laboratory.
