摘要
运用《中国大学生职业锚测定量表》对我国5省市5所高校的500名体育教育专业学生进行问卷调查,发现我国体育教育专业学生职业锚类型大多为技术性职业锚,而且缺乏创业精神与挑战意识。分析认为,可以通过加强职业生涯规划教育,促进教学改革,更新教学实习理念,鼓励自我创业等方法来改变我国体育教育专业学生职业锚类型单一、就业困难的问题。
800 students majoring in P.E.of five universities in China were surveyed by questionnaire in order to draw the college student＇s career anchor measurement scale.It was shown that the career anchors of such students in Hubei Province focused on mostly technical ones and were in lack of the awareness of entrepreneurship and the spirit of challenges.The single type of career anchors and employment difficulties could be changed via strengthening career planning education,promoting teaching reform and updating the concepts of teaching practice.
