摘要
特岗教师是国家为了缓解大学生就业,支援农村教育事业的一项重要举措。当前农村教师职业倦怠现象比较普遍,那些刚上任的年轻的特岗教师也不乏其类,对此我们应高度关注。本文立足实地调查,就农村特岗教师这一群体的职业倦怠的原因、危害及对策进行了阐述,以期对提高特岗教师素质、促进农村教育事业发展发挥作用。
