摘要
":特岗教师"政策为农村教育发展注入了新鲜的活力,有力地提升了农村师资的素质与水平。但在实施的过程中,也产生了"特岗招聘"唯学历化、"特岗政策"配套形式化、"特岗教师"难以专业化等问题。为了有效实施"特岗计划",可采取提升"特岗教师"农村教育生活适应力、强化"特岗政策"执行力、关注"特岗教师"职业生涯、发挥政策合力作用等措施,来化解政策执行中的偏差。
The policy of "special-post teachers" has added vitality to the development of rural education and improved the quality of rural teachers. However, some problems have arisen in the implementation like emphasis only on the degree in the recruitment, formalization of policies, special teachers' difficulty in their professionalization. In order to effectively implement the "special-post plans", measures like improving teachers' adaptability to rural education, strengthening the execution of special-post policy, the policies can be adopted to resolve the deviation. paying attention to teachers' career, and giving play to
