摘要
对汽车不转向时的前轮前束已经有了明确的定义,而对转向时前轮前束的研究还是空白。对转向前束的定义为:汽车转向时,车轮回转轴线不汇交,则存在转向前束,转向不汇交时汽车的转向中心为该状态下内外转向轮偏转前束角后得到的汇交点。建立了转向前束角的数学模型,得到了转向轴线不汇交时汽车的转向中心;分析了预加前束和未预加前束两种状态下转向前束角曲线规律;发现了转向正前束具有转向不足效应,转向负前束具有转向过度效应。
The definition for toe-in of front wheel is provided for the vehicle in running straightly,but it is blank for vehicle in steering.The definition of steering-toe-in is that steering-toe-in exists when the wheel's turning axis doesn't intersect during steering of the vehicle,while the vehicle's turning center is the intersect point when two steering wheels deflects a toe-in angle under no intersection.And the vehicle turning center under no intersection of turning axis is obtained by establishing a mathematical model of the steering-toe-in;Then the regular of the steering-toe-in curves under the two conditions of pre-add toe-in and the opponent is analyzed,and it is found that:steering-toe-out will lead to over-steer effect,steering-toe-in will lead to under-steer effect.
