摘要
冲压焊接离心泵具有高效节能、装置轻便、节省材料、保护环境等优点,是量大面广的中小型铸造泵的理想替代品,具有广阔的应用前景。阐述了冲压焊接离心泵的结构设计,叶轮主要尺寸的设计计算,以及其加工制造的特点等。
Stamping welding centrifugal pump with energy efficient,portable device,material-saving,environmental protection etc,is ideal substitutes of small and medium-sized casting pump with large coverage and enormous quantity which has broad prospects.This paper expounds the structure design of stamping welding centrifugal pump,design and calculation of the impeller main dimensions,as well as its processing manufacturing and so on.
