摘要
本文通过一个示例,介绍在模型泵的试验数据基础上,遵循泵的基本设计原理,通过电子表格"Excel"的函数计算与图表等功能,计算出拟设计的泵的叶轮尺寸、转速、级数、效率等数据,绘制出设计的泵产品的预计性能曲线。该方法可大幅度提高采用模型换算方法进行水泵设计计算的精度、数据的完整性,同时可以有效缩短产品设计计算周期。该方法可以作为改变泵的叶轮尺寸、转速、级数时,预测泵的性能变化使用。
This paper, through an example, on the basis of the experimental data of a pump model, following the basicdesign principle of pump, through the spreadsheet excel function calculation and chart function, calculated the impel-ler size, speed, order, efficiency and other data of the designed pump, draw out the expected performance curve of de-signed pump. The method can greatly improve the accuracy of pump design and calculation by model conversion meth-od, data integrity, and can effectively shorten the product design cycle. The method can be used to predict the changeof pump performance when the impeller size, rotation speed and series of the pump are changed.
