摘要
泵是规格品种较多及应用较广泛的一类通用机械产品,由于泵类产品的生产制造仍是沿袭传统的铸造/机械加工工艺,故产品开发及制造周期长,泵的非规则曲面难以由工艺来保证。文章结合2种典型离心泵产品的试制和试验研究,介绍了小型、微型离心泵的冲压结构设计、工艺设计及相关问题,为大批量生产小型、微型离心泵产品提供参考依据。
Pumps of various series and specifications are the most common mechanical products,but the traditional manufacturing technique,the casting-machining procedure, has drawbacks such as long period of developing and manufacturing and low productivity,and it is very difficult to deal with irregular curved surfaces with the traditional manufacturing technology. In this paper,the punch and press technology is applied to the experimental research and trial production of two typical kinds of centrifugal pumps. The structural designs and manufacturing procedures of small-sized and mini-sized centrifugal pumps based on the punch and press technology are presented in detail,and related matters also discussed. This study is useful for the batch production of small-sized and mini-sized centrifugal pumps.
