摘要
衡量公务员薪酬的公平性,可以从外部公平、内部公平和个人公平三方面进行。从这三方面分析,我国存在着较明显的公务员薪酬的不公平性。应构建并完善公务员薪酬调查、比较和调整机制,提高外部公平性;合理调整地区间、部门间的公务员薪酬差距,提高内部公平性;科学合理地进行绩效考核,提高个人公平性。
Measuring the fairness of civil service pay demands three aspects,such as the external equity,internal equity and individual equity.Analyzing these three areas,there is obvious unfairness in China's civil service pay.We should build and improve the civil service pay survey,comparison and adjustment mechanisms to improve the external equity,reasonable adjust inter-regional,inter-sectoral civil service pay gap to improve internal equity,and evaluate the performance in scientific and rational way to improve the personal equity.
