摘要
研究大型火电机组冷端优化问题,对于提高发电厂运行经济性具有重要意义。采用运行费用收益作为冷端系统优化数学模型的目标函数,可以综合考虑煤价、电价因素的影响。在此基础上,设计和开发了冷端系统优化在线指导程序,具有在线实时计算、模拟和仿真工况计算功能,并在600 MW和1 000 MW机组上得到实际应用,为操作人员提供了量化的指导意见。
The research on optimization of cold-end system in large-scale thermal power units is of great significance to improve the economic operation of power plants.The operation cost profit is adopted as the objective function for the mathematical model of cold-end system optimization,which can comprehensively consider the influence of coal and electricity prices.Based on that,an online guidance program for optimization of cold-end system,which is featured by online real-time calculation,simulation and emulation working condition calculation,is designed,developed and applied to 600 MW and 1 000 MW units and can provide quantitative guidance for the operators.
