摘要
对燃煤湿冷机组冷端系统从运行和设计上进行了优化分析。首先对于在运行的系统,主要对循环水泵最优运行方式进行分析;针对常用的"最大收益法",提出考虑凝汽器损价值的"最大收益法",得到的优化结果更具有科学性、全面性。其次,以凝汽器循环水系统热平衡模型为基础,以满足长期、安全运行的技术和经济性要求为主要约束,选择年总费用为优化目标函数,实现凝汽器的设计优化。其中,目标函数主要考虑了凝汽器耗材、冷却水耗水及循环水泵耗电等因素;优化分析选择遗传算法,最终的优化结果对系统经济性运行及性能优化具有一定的指导意义。
This paper is to optimize cool-end system in the coal-fired and wet cooling unit from operation and design. Firstly, for the operation system, the optimal operation mode of circulating water pump is analysed. According to common maximum income method, the maximum income method considering exergy loss of condenser is pro- posed in this paper, and the optimal results is more scientific and comprehensive than the common one. Secondly, based on heat balance model of condenser and circulating water system, the total annual cost is chosen as objective function for design optimization of condenser to satisfy the technology and economy need of the safe and stable con- dition at long time. The objective function mainly considers disposable materials of condenser, cooling water con- sumption, and consumption electric of circulating water pump. Genetic Algorithm Theories are choosed for optimization analysis. And the optimal results give some guiding significance for economical operation and performance optimization of cool-end system.
