摘要
介绍了某电厂3台600 MW机组滑压运行方式优化的试验研究。对机组调节汽阀采取不同开度进行滑压运行的主要特性参数变化进行比较和分析,确定出运行效率较佳的滑压运行控制曲线。修改后新的滑压运行控制曲线改善了高压缸做功,降低了机组供电煤耗率。
The test study on optimization of sliding pressure operation mode for three 600 MW units has been presented, the variation of main characteristic parameters under sliding pressure operation carried out through adopting different open- degree of the steamgoverning valve for units being compared and analysed, the control curves under sliding pressure operation with bettter operating efficiency having been determined. After revising, the new control curves make the workdone in high -pressure cylinder to be improved, and make the coal consumption rate for supplied power from the units to be lowered.
