摘要
基于企业网络理论观点研究了企业网络密度、企业学习能力和技术创新之间的关系,并以广东省高新技术企业或民营科技型企业为样本进行问卷调查,对整体模型进行了实证研究。结果表明,网络密度对企业学习能力和技术创新绩效均有显著的正向影响,网络密度还可以通过企业学习能力对技术创新绩效产生间接影响。另外,以企业规模和研发投入为控制变量对上述变量之间的关系进行了研究。研究发现,在小规模企业中,企业网络密度、学习能力和技术创新之间不存在显著影响关系。
In order to research the relationship among network density, learning ability and the technological innovation performance, based on the basis of the theoretical regression, we build the relational model and make an empirical the study on the theoretical model by taking the high-tech and private-techl enterprises in Guangdong Province as samples. results show that the network density has significant positive impacts on both the learning capability and the technological innovation performance, similarly it also has a significant indirect impact on technological innovation performance through learning capability. In addition, we also make a study on the impacts of different scales and different investments on the relationship among network density, learning capability and the technological innovation performance, it is found that on the condition of different scales and different investments, the relationship among variables of the theoretical model are inconsistent.
