摘要
IT能力对技术创新性战略联盟创新绩效的提升具有十分重要的意义。基于此,本文从知识吸收能力的视角来探讨IT能力对联盟创新绩效的影响机制,通过系统动力学方法的基本原理构建了IT能力、知识吸收能力与联盟创新绩效的因果关系模型,并应用Vensim PLE软件进行系统仿真。研究结果发现:IT能力对知识吸收能力的影响呈现倒U型趋势,对联盟技术创新绩效的影响接近于S型增长趋势。同时,知识吸收能力的相关影响因素,即先验知识相似度和研发投入强度对联盟创新绩效产生显著正向影响,其中先验知识相似度的影响更强。
It is important to analyze the function mechanism between IT capability and alliance innovation performance. In view of the facts, this paper analyzes the relationship between the IT capability and alliance innovation performances under the perspective of knowledge absorptive capacities by system dynamics model. This causality relation is simulated by Vensim HE. The re- sult shows that as the effect of IT capability, the knowledge absorptive capacities present inverted- U trend and the alliance innova- tion performances show s type rise trend approximately. Also, the related factors of knowledge absorptive capacities including prior knowledge＇s similar degree and the R＆D budget and R＆D intensity has positive correlation with alliance innovation performances, in which the prior knowledge＇s similar degree has more significant and stronger influences than the R＆D budget and R＆D intensity.
