摘要
知识协同对联盟企业创新绩效的提升具有重要的意义,但现有研究还存在一些不足。由此,本文构建了知识协同视角下联盟企业创新绩效的系统动力学模型,并进行了仿真和灵敏度分析。研究结果表明,所构建的模型能够较好地反映知识协同视角下联盟企业创新绩效的现实情况,而且知识协同对联盟企业创新绩效的提升具有积极的正向作用。研究的开展一方面能够为联盟企业创新绩效领域做出理论贡献,另一方面对提高联盟企业间的知识协同能力,进而提升联盟企业创新绩效具有现实的指导意义。
Knowledge synergy plays an important role in improving innovation performance of alliance enterprises,but there are still some deficiencies in the existing research.Therefore,this paper constructs a system dynamics model of innovation performance of alliance enterprises from the perspective of knowledge synergy,and carries out simulation and sensitivity analysis.The results show that the model can better reflect the reality of innovation performance of alliance enterprises from the perspective of knowledge synergy,and knowledge synergy has a positive effect on the improvement of innovation performance of alliance enterprises.On the one hand,the research can make theoretical contributions to the innovation performance of alliance enterprises,on the other hand,it has practical guiding significance to improve the knowledge synergy ability among alliance enterprises,and then to enhance the innovation performance of alliance enterprises.
