摘要
网络是创新资源流动的重要渠道,产业集群通过构建知识协同创新网络能够促进知识的创新,推动知识和信息在区域内、集群内的交流和传播。界定了知识协同创新网络的基本内涵,分析了产业集群知识协同创新网络的构建框架;提出了产业集群知识协同创新网络的协同机制,包括战略协同、组织协同、资源协同和制度协同。最后以吉林省光电子产业集群为个案,分析吉林省光电子产业集群知识协同创新网络的构建框架、协同机制和运行策略。
Network is an important channel for the flow of innovation resources. Industrial clusters can promote the forma-tion and diffusion of technological innovation through the construction of knowledge collaborative innovation networks, andpromote the exchange and dissemination of knowledge and information in the region and within the cluster. Firstly, the ba-sic connotation of the knowledge collaborative innovation network is defined, and the framework of knowledge collaborativeinnovation network of industrial clusters is analyzed. Secondly, four basic aspects of industrial cluster collaborative innova-tion network mechanism are proposed, including strategic cooperation, organization coordination, resource coordination andsystem coordination, and then take photoelectron industry cluster of Jilin Province as a case to analyze the constructionframework, collaborative mechanism and operation strategies.
